RUBBER INJECTION MOLDING M/C for BLADDER
- Specialized equipment for Bladder which is the inside mold to produce Tyre.
- Constructed by H’yd control type using servo valve which operates with exact oil-flow and pressure.
- In order to inject with two injection units simultaneously, used the motion system to minimize injection deviation during injection.
- In order to keep the same temp. of working oil, equipped the extra cooling pump to reduce the problem caused different temp. of working oil.
- Equipped the moisture filter to move out the moisture from working oil.
